Home Care and After Care
Ultrasound fat cavitation is a great way to address stubborn fat and problem areas. It is recommended to follow a home care after your treatment.
The body requires 7 days to eliminate fat and toxins after each treatment, therefore treatments are recommended once a week with a maximum of 40 minutes per treatment/area.
On average, most clients require 6-10 sessions to achieve best possible results. We will however be able to provide you with what is best for you.
Our Guide Lines
Staying hydrated.
To ensure your body responds well to the Ultrasound Cavitation, we recommend at least 2 liters of water should be consumed within 24 hours before treatment and 72 hours after. This will help flush out all the fat and toxins in your body.
Exercise
A minimum of 30 minutes of elevate heart rate cardio exercise is required after your treatment to ensure that stored energy released by the cavitation process is burnt off.
Diet
To achieve optimal results a low calorie, low carbohydrate, low fat, low sugar diet is recommended after treatment.
Dry Body Brushing
The use of a Body Brush helps decrease the appearance of cellulite and helps detoxify by increasing blood circulation.
Dry body brushing is recommended to be used every day after treatments.
While ultrasound Fat Cavitation is a great way to help to shape your body through the incorporation of fat, it will not compensate for a healthy and active lifestyle.
